About Stephanie and her Approach

My approach is solution-focused, direct, and collaborative. I help clients move beyond insight alone and into action by building emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, and practical coping strategies that support real-world change. Therapy with me is active and intentional, with accountability balanced by compassion.

I have extensive experience supporting individuals in substance use recovery, relapse prevention, and long-term wellness. Recovery is treated as a primary value in our work, not a secondary issue. For clients who benefit from additional structure and accountability, I offer BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) monitoring as an optional clinical support tool. This service is used collaboratively—not punitively—to reinforce sobriety goals, increase transparency, and support long-term recovery.

I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, and difficulty navigating change. I am particularly skilled in helping people recognize the gap between professional success and personal well-being—and in supporting them as they close that gap.

My clinical style integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and EMDR-informed techniques. Treatment is tailored to each client’s goals, strengths, and stage of change. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and a Master’s degree in Addiction Studies, have successfully passed the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE), and am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in Florida. I offer in-person sessions in Delray Beach and telehealth throughout Florida. A free 15-minute consultation is available to help determine fit.
