My Approach

In any relationship or dynamic you are involved with, YOU are the constant. Let’s clarify who you are and why you need to be this person or choose to be. Together, we can decide what needs to be unpacked and what needs to be taken on your journey to a better way of life. I provide a safe space for you to discover your authentic self, reframe thoughts, and develop the best coping skills. With “real life” experience, education, and training, I can help you recognize and change negative behaviors that don’t serve you.

My counseling approach gets you to where you want to be while considering where you came from. It allows you to confront issues, overcome barriers, and eliminate obstacles that weigh you down on your journey to mental and physical wellness.

Change is hard. You do not have to do it alone. We will work together, support, focus, and measure progress and solutions. This IS work, and I can help you navigate its difficulty by keeping you motivated and engaged. I do this by being honest, direct, and present for you in each session.
